We recently started our business on Etsy with great enthusiasm, but unfortunately, our shop was placed in Holiday Mode three days ago without any prior warning or explanation. This is the second time this has happened, and we are growing increasingly concerned about the lack of communication or updates from Etsy regarding this issue.
Our dashboard message states:
"Your shop will stay in Holiday mode while we review your info – This means you won’t be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now – we’ll reach out if we need more details from you."
It has now been well beyond the stated timeframe, and we still haven't received any updates or guidance. This ongoing issue is becoming a serious barrier to conducting our business, and we are struggling to understand how we can continue operating under these circumstances. How can we resolve this issue?
