We recently started our business on Etsy with great enthusiasm, but unfortunately, our shop was placed in Holiday Mode without any prior warning or explanation seven days ago. Since then, we have received no updates or communication from Etsy regarding this issue.
Our dashboard message states:
"Your shop will stay in Holiday mode while we review your info – This means you won’t be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now – we’ll reach out if we need more details from you."
It has been well beyond the stated timeframe, and we are left in the dark without any guidance on the next steps. How can we resolve this issue?

You will need to contact them via the help section in your dashboard.
If the automated system can not verify your identity, then it has to be manually verified, this can take time. The 48 hrs is a standard automated reply, it can take much longer.
