Hello for 5 days now I haven’t been able to get any help from the live support chat and like I need help with my bank. But since the agent in the live support chat didn’t close properly, I can’t reach out to anyone.
I’m so pissed and frustrated, because I really need help but of course the agent had to cause me more problems.
Been mailing and of course they gave me a response where they just copy and pasted from the hell center, which didn’t even have to do anything with my problem.
its like they don’t even read what I wrote to them in the mail.
