A customer sent me a help request. I responded within the hour, but Etsy's usual automatic response that tells you to keep up the good work for responding within 24 hours didn't appear. Has anyone else noticed this? I'm wondering if it hasn't logged into Etsy's system correctly so need to be sure that it isn't going to negatively affect my response rate since that would, in turn, affect my star seller status.
Etsy alternates their pop-up messages almost daily, so I wouldn't worry if you don't get one. You can look up your messages stats somewhere in your dashboard and you can see if you missed one.
