unable to locate shop after typing is the shop's name.

Hello, I recently started creating my new Etsy Shop. Initially, I was able to search and pull up my account by the search name. Now, I can't find the shop that customers would see I can only find the version that I can edit.  I also get a message that says, "do you mean (shop name)". I click that question, but nothing happens. Hopelly that makes some sense to someone.  Thank You

Re: unable to locate shop after typing is the shop's name.

In order to see your public shop (the one that customers see) you need to be logged out of your shop account.  The system recognises you as the owner of the shop and shows you the workable version when you are logged into the account.  Alternatively, you can open an incognito window and view the public version without having to log out, I use Chrome browser and that option comes up when I press the 3 dots at top right, not sure how to do it from other browsers but it is bound to be similar.

Type WS36 into the Etsy search box. You should see "Find shop names containing WS36." Click on that and you'll see the "front" of your shop. You don't need to be logged out to view this (only if you want to see exactly what shoppers see, i.e. no editing options).
