Help page glitch

Trying to get a call request from Etsy or email them but the page keeps looping and says to sign in, which it won’t allow me to do (plus I’m already signed in) have tried on phone and desktop with the same thing happening also deleted app and reloaded also tried through google and safari 

they are about to put my shop in holiday mode

You are a Star Seller. Have you tried live chat?

I did and they said it would be escalated, now shop put in holiday mode and can’t access anything/one

The request a call feature has been modified and doesn't always work.

Use chat unless this is a financial issue then it is better to send an email from Contact us under Help.  You can give them your phone number for them to call you.

The contact page keeps looping back, can’t request a call, send an email or use live chat

Have you tried deleting your browser cookies/cache? That may not help if it is an issue on Etsy's end, which it may be if you tried multiple devices already. But you could try, it would sign you out of Etsy.

It's on Etsy's end.  We've seen reports in this forum of a faulty/non-working call back button for a few weeks now.
