How to connect with Etsy

My contact page for Etsy keeps looping and I can not move forward any ideas how to contact Etsy urgently as having problems with the identification process on the WheatBagHeaven shop

Then scroll down the page to click on 'Verify your Identity'.

The need to contact Etsy about anything is rare, as all the information a seller might need is in those HELP pages. And it's a darn sight quicker than trying to contact Etsy or waiting for them to reply, lol!

When seeking help for the same issue, it’s important to avoid creating multiple threads. You said in your other thread that you had chatted with Etsy and they were escalating it for you. If you’ve already submitted a help ticket, emailing, calling, etc. repeatedly can actually work against you. Each new submission pushes your request to the back of the queue. It’s best to wait patiently for Etsy to respond, even though it can be challenging.

Also, keep in mind that Etsy prohibits making medical claims. From your reviews, it seems some of your listings may include such claims, which could be the reason your shop is facing issues with Etsy.
