Help my account was suspended

Hello community,

Please help my account was suspended and i have no clue why

though i just created my shop and listed only one item that i deactivated in order to better set up the shop

all my infos etc are genuine

anyone could help me sort this out

Only Etsy can help you with this, you will have to send an appeal

Check your spam folder in your email to see if you have received a notification.  Have you been asked to upload ID to receive payments?  What did you list for sale, was it a copyrighted image?  It's hard for us know.
