Seller's App is broken

The Etsy Seller's App on my phone seems to be broken.

While I do get notified when someone favorites/ purchases an item or sends me a message, my phone vibrates but with no notification sound even when it's not set on mute. All the other apps I have are working just fine.

I tried to reinstall the app, clear Cache .. but still nothing.

Any suggestions? thanks!

Are you using an Apple or an Android phone?

Hi, I am using an Android phone. First day I had the app installed, it worked fine with the notification sounds.. I don't know what happened since then

I have this issue on a regular basis. It works again once I restart my phone. Samsung Galaxy with Android

I just restarted my phone, still nothing.. Do do you anything else after restarting yours?

Delete the app and re-install it. This used to work when the (old) app lost it's sounds.

This used to work for me as well, now it doesn't anymore, and I have no idea why! I'm confused...

Check phone settings, maybe there is something disabled

I checked everything, all the other apps are working perfectly, I also haven't changed anything in the settings of the Etsy Seller's app. No idea what went wrong..
