My question is I couldn't able to contact customer care but shop is fine just I have few questions that's why I want to contact them I am from India

I just received a couple of convos from Etsy indicating that servers are down and orders aren't going through.  It's a bug.  Maybe that has something to do with your inability to contact customer care.  I'm not totally sure though.
