Stupid Authenticator

UGH!!!! so I have Google Authenticator and another one just called Authenticator and NEITHER of them have Etsy on them so I can't get a code. I have emailed them multiple times with no luck. 

What do I do? 

I NEVER got a back up list. I have searched 100% of the emails from Etsy and they never sent back up codes, and it won't allow me to turn it off without the code. 

I can't do anything in my shop or buy anything, this is such a royal pain and is not making anyone more secure. 

They need to have another way like every other website on the planet. 

Please help. 

Do not tell me to download the authenticator app as without a QR code there is nothing I can do to get Etsy on there.

Unfortunately only Etsy support can resolve this for you as they instigated the extra authentication process for security reasons

They are asking me for things I don't have as I'm only someone who shops on Etsy.

But I don' thave any and so there is no way to log in. Oh well, I guess that my history as a shopper is gone now. This is beyond stupid
