Help FIRST ORDER NOT-PAID

I finally received my first order but they turn out to be paid, I then wrote to the buyer, but he states that he paid and that his bank account was also debited.

What do I do?

You can’t buy anything on Etsy without paying for it.  Check your payment account, the funds should be there.

The payment is probably still processing. Your first sale takes longer to process. You will get another email when it’s done or rejected

It could be a scam. Scammers target new sellers, so just wait. 

If no sale shows on your account, then there is no sale. Wait until you see an order that shows paid and the funds are in your payment account.

If you have no sale showing in your orders--how do you know you made a sale--and how did you manage to contact the buyer?  If you received an email about a transaction it could be a scam. A real transaction email will have the facts and only the facts--it will not ask you to confirm anything.

Many sellers do not receive email notifications about orders. 

Go to your Shop Manager - Orders & Shipping. Check if you see this sale on your orders page (New Orders).

Thank you @Natalya1905 for the advice! Yes I checked in the ORDERS section, THE SALE IS THERE, but in my payment account it doesn't show up

I'm starting to think this is some kind of scam. The buyer claims to have paid and is not even polite in the conversation

Your shop is new, and this is your first sale. It could take more time for Etsy to process this order. 

Meanwhile, you may want to extend your shipping window a little. Your active items show "Ships out within 1 business day". You may want to give yourself an extra day or two, just in case (weather, personal reasons or something else).

Go to your shop manager, on the left there is a list of links. There should be a #1 in an orange circle next to the link that say "orders & shipping".  IF it has finished processing it will show there.

Another strange thing: I have not yet received the email of the sale. But as I said in some previous replies the sale shows up on my store, it shows up in the orders but it doesn't show up on my payment account.
