Wieso bekomme ich keinen Star-Budget, obwohl ich eine 100%ige Versendungsrate habe?

Ebenso bei der Antwortrate:  Ich kann keine 100%ige Antwortrate haben, wenn keine Anfragen da sind?

Und wieso kann ich mich mit meinen Fragen nicht direkt an Etsy wenden?

go to the star seller,

click on "LAST review period", those are the stats for what is showing on your shop page now

if you have no enquires, and you have the other two badges, you will get star seller, when it is calculated again on 1st october
