My shop has been put on pause for 5 days becasue I could not complete the process of confirming seller info, the problem is when I fill in the taxpayer ID and click "submit" it didn't work at all, so I could not move forward for the process.
I've contacted Etsy support several times but I did not get any help. I've filed an appeal and still waiting for the reply, can anyone give me some advice? Thanks in advance.
