@fotokart: Even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
@BagmakerSupply Thank you but currently I could not find a way to reach them. It seems there might be a technical issue. Any suggestion?

I'll make it a bit easier. Submit a request – Etsy Help This is the email. If it defaults to the first page, just click Sell on Etsy.

We are only other sellers, and can't do that.
Go to your Dashboard. Scroll down to "Community and Help", click on it.
That will open a menu - go to the bottom and click "Contact Us".
"Submit a request" will pop up. Click "Selling on Etsy".
Choose something from the menu that applies to you. Keep clicking links until you land on an article.
Scroll all the way to the bottom, and click "I STILL NEED HELP".
They will ask you to confirm your email address.

And when/if Etsy responds to that, keep all your replies in the same email thread (started under "I still need help"). If you start a new email to them, you get pushed to the back of the line.

You are right. Something is wrong with the chat feature.
I tried yesterday and it said it would connect me to an agent then nothing….
tried again today and still nothing. It won’t even notice I typed to start up a conversation!
Yes ours has been like that for 6 days now. I've contacted Etsy by email but not heard back yet. The chat from last week is still open but no-one is there so can't end it or start a new one - there's a few others on here have the same problem but as usual taking weeks to sort. Our last technical glitch is still ongoing after 8 weeks (phantom order) still not sorted. Don't hold out much hope of getting anything sorted these days, concentrating efforts elsewhere now, so frustrating but such a shame as years ago this was such a good place, how things have changed
I opened a help tick a week ago and still have heard nothing. I mean, we pay for these services
@PrettyVagrant There could two reasons for no response. ONe Etsy did not receive for they do send the generic email within 48 hours sometimes 72 hours. The other is Etsy feels Help or Our House Rules has the answer to your question.

@ArtDollsbyJD that’s not the way chat works. It said it was getting me an agent and then they never came. And what I’m reaching out to them for has happened before and they always answer the help request or the chat to get it resolved.
