Etsy Support - please sort out the Listing problem - items can not be renewed.

Etsy support please do something about this. 

See the other threads on this, but basically listings currently can not be renewed currently ...... It will say they have been renewed, but they are not. (and not appearing in finances as renewed) . Also deleted listings are showing up to be renewed.. Other times when trying to renew it will just say "try again" . 

Really dont need this mess with the weekend coming up

@C20Ceramics: As you noted, there is a lag in changing the state of some listings - the charge is also suffering from the lag and will appear when the listing is eventually published, renewed, etc. Best guess is that there is something going on with the back end queue where these requests are being processed as we had listings not get processed in the order we renewed them.

100% THIS ^^ & listings can't be deactivated either. It's going to cause a HUGE mess if it isn't fixed asap please!

Most appear to have been reslisted after 2 hour delay......although 1 listing has completely vanished. I got an email from support, saying don't try reslisting again if it doesn't work the first time - bit late now!
