Hello- I've been using Sell on Etsy App for years with no issues on iPhone and iPad. I'm unclear what happened but I clicked on the link and it asked me to enter my username of Email and password. I entered both and would not accept my password though I think it was correct. I went ahead and changed the password and tried again. Still says it is incorrect password. I'm very frustrated and assume I did something wrong. App still works on my iPhone; I checked the version I'm running on iPad and it is up to date.
It seems like it should be something very east but I'm stumped. If I changed my Apple password could that have something to do with it? Is there a legitimate support number I can call for Etsy help? Thanks for any help or insight you can provide. Val
Maybe try mobile browser until you figure it out?
