Help. Bots have taken over my stats for several months now.

I have had the same number of visits for several months now.  Every single day my visits are somewhere between 19 to 22.  Every day.  This has to be bots.  I used to rely on finding out the number of visits I was getting but now this information is useless to me.  Is there anything I can do?  Thanks for any help.

How do you know they are bots?

NanaLetha, because how can you get roughly the same amount of visits day after day.  Doesn't it defy reason?

No, I don't.  Is it hard to get?

I don't know what the issue might be but I do know I have had sales and items in carts with no views. Not sure how that can happen so I don't count on the stats anymore.
