Ignored by ChatBot

I've been trying to contact Etsy support to ask a question. The bot responded initially, but I missed the response from the support team and I've been trying to reconnect ever since. I've tried to refresh multiple times, tried to use different browsers but nothing. The bot is ignoring me now despite sending several messaged. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I've never had chat work in my shop.  I have read that it can take the better part of a day to get a response.  Also sometimes the support person doesn't close it down properly.

Frankly I use email and it has always worked for me.

@TLCDesignedCo  I thought all conversations with chat support were recorded and stored.  I don't know why you can't see the conversation from the AI bot and human chat reply.
