Hazardous Materials Error - Support Needed

My shop is threatened with closure and I've permanently lost eligibility for Star Seller because I supposedly am selling hazardous materials in the form of magnetic jewelry clasps. Many other shops are selling the exact same items still. After the first deactivations by Etsy I ensured the clasps were not hazardous and changed any wording that might indicate they were. The clasps do not fit any of the CPSC criteria for hazardous. I can provide manufacturer affadavits. Support is not even answering me after telling me I am selling prohibited magnets. I am not. My clasps have a flux index of less than 10 (hazardous is defined as 50 or more). They are not "loose or separable" and they do not fit "into a small parts cylinder." I employ 6 people including 3 low income seniors and a person with a disability. They depend on me. This is a bot error and my shop has been singled out. I am begging for a review.

Have you written to Etsy to appeal the loss of Star Seller?  That's probably what you need to do. 

You only have one section with 25 magnetic clasp listings out of 2568 listings so I doubt if it is having a huge impact on sales or your employees.  

However, while you still have the clasps listed, they might get pulled by a bot again.

Thanks but I have removed all magnetic clasps from that section even though dozens of other sellers are still selling the exact same ones. I finally got from Etsy support that I can relist the Cymbal branded magnetic clasps which were the ones that got me threatened with closure. That means they were delisted in error but Etsy won't reinstate my eligibility for Star Seller nor remove the promise of shop closure if there is one more violation. So Etsy is saying those clasps are now. okay but I am still in the dog house.
