Having problems uploading photos.

Hi everyone. I am having problems uploading my photos to new listings. They are either very slow or won't upload at all. Is anyone else having the same problems? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hello!

I also have been having the same problem, nothing would load, the spinning ‘loading’ symbol was all I would get. I solved it by switching my phone from WiFi to 4G, I don’t know if my WiFi signal wasn’t strong enough, but as soon as I did that the photos loaded no problem.. hope that helps x

Hi. Thanks so much for this. I am working from my laptop, but thanks for this help.  It is so frustrating! I have tried shutting down, clearing cookies and nothing seems to help! thanks again...

Try:

• clearing browser cache, not cookies
• rebooting your router: unplug, wait 30s, power up.

I am having a similar problem.  The photos show up on the left side but as you try to go through them, they won't show up in the center.  Any ideas?

When previewing the listing, I could only see the first photo and the others down the  left hand side but could not progress to each one for a larger shot.  Never had that happen before.  But interestingly when it was published, the photos worked fine.  It was only for some reason that I couldn’t see all shots in the preview.  Strange.

The listing preview page is an obsolete half baked hacked about version of the real listing page.

Don't expect it to work correctly.

That is interesting. I have never had trouble before but now I know not to expect it to work perfectly.

Try making aure your photos are in jpeg format.
