Hoping one of you nice people can help. I am UK based, and am trying to set up 2 factor authentication for my account. I can't understand the process involved with doing this via an app - I keep getting asked for "keys" and have no idea what this means - so I am trying to do it by means of codes sent to my phone, but when I type in my mobile number Etsy says it's "not a valid number"...any help much appreciated. Thanks!
