Message to re enter banking info for plaid

I received a message from etsy that Plaid was unable to verify my bank account and that I need to click on the "re-enter bank details" button to verify.  The problem is the black button that says "Re-enter bank details" does not click to anything.  In Fact, I don't even have the "update' option to update my banking info where it shows my current banking number.  I do not want to get suspended because time ran out to solve this issue.  I emailed support but I was wondering if anyone else is having this same issue.  I am a new shop for a month now.  Verified my banking when started up but I know Plaid is new.  Anyone else know what the issue is or if it's a bug?

Sorry, I'm not sure how this is solved, as that UPDATE post seems to have us think. It says:



You can validate if your bank account has been successfully verified via the payment settings under shop manager. If it was successfully verified, you should be all set.

I still have a non-functional "Re-enter bank details" button on my Payment Settings page, so I cannot tell if I'm verified or not, so I have no idea if I'm "all set".

After I emailed support the "update" next to my banking has been added back on and the Plaid has been removed.  Still don't know if I am verified since Plaid is in the picture now or good to go on funds to be deposited as I do have a balance owed to me.  I agree, don't know if I am "all set" either.  LOL!

How long did it take for them to email you back about this? I’ve been having major issues with plaid and verifying. Plaid sent the deposits to a different account that I don’t have. Etsy isn’t giving me the option to update bank info to try to reset it. Like the update button isn’t there, anywhere in the payment account section, or any section. My account is about to be suspended for their mess up and they won’t email me back.

I am in the exact same position, I have no option to re-enter my bank info.

have you been told by Etsy that your account will be suspended on October 5th if you don’t verify with plaid?  
I’m  really hoping they see that there is a major issue with sellers and don’t go suspending accounts for something-on their end. 

i get paid every week by Etsy so I know my account works
