I need to speak to a real person about my deactivated listings. I have sent messages and just get the same noreply@etsy email in return. I tried the chat and they did not address the problem at all. I do not know where to turn.
I build door hardware and accessories with parts I have sourced over the world in my workshop in Baltimore. All the knob sets are built by hand by me or my husband: I choose doorknob hardware combinations and put them together, to the cabinet knobs I add special hardware. I make one of a kind custom orders to my buyers decor needs. Some parts I make completely from raw materials. Some parts are tooled by my partner in Taiwan who has special equipment. Those parts to me to finish and improve. I pack the items myself. I take all my own photos. I do not use stock photos from anywhere. I design my own instructions for installation.
These listings have been inactivated for creativity violation! This is just baffling and I am distraught. I have lost my Star Seller stars, my business is tanking. I am at a loss as to what to do!
