HELP!!! been on vacation mode for 10 days for no reason? i have asked for help and no response!!

help!!! etsy put my shop on vacation mode after 15 years as a seller!!!!

Etsy put my store in vacation mode and it says

"Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info. This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you." on the dashboard.

It's now been over a 11 days at this point, no emails or responses to my tickets. It's imperative that I get this resolved ASAP, I checked my spam folders and don't see anything. this is killing my family i have been a seller here since 2010! where is the support for the sellers that built this company!!!! all my id i current and crystal clear as i said no change for 15 years! clear stae ID address perfect social perfect!!!!

What do I do? Please help because ive also gotten e mails on this saying they are helping or forwarding my problem to the correct dept. no nothing!     this is just crazy i sell on amazon if i have 1 tiny issue i can get a real person on the phone in 2 minuites. what happened to etsy ive been a seller 15 years this is so sad! and is hurting my family
