Unable to Adjust and Save Thumbnail

Unable to adjust thumbnail. 

Here is the errors that show up when I click Adjust Thumbnail and then click Save....."Failed to clone image". Which is weird because I am not trying to clone an image.  And then here is the other error appearing underneath the first error...."Oh no! Your thumbnail could not be saved. Please try again."

Please fix this. Thank you.

I'm also having trouble with Etsy saving the adjustments I make to the listing thumbnails.  No error message, just not what I saved when I prepared the listing.

Before posting on the Forums, please check if you are not bumping an old thread that hasn't seen any activity in a while. You can do this by looking at the dates of the most recent replies.
