I triple checked and everything on my end is showing up correctly, my processing profile shows a 4 business day production time for my premium napkins yet the orders are coming in with a ship date of June 2 opposed to May 29. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this? Same is happening on another profile which is for items that have a 1 business day production time which ship tomorrow but the ship date on the orders coming in shows a ship date of May 27. Sure, it's great that I will be shipping sooner than the ship date shown but I will also lose sales because people will look at the listing and "not" order because they will not have them in time for an event taking place next weekend. If anyone has any tips on how I can fix this, I would love it!!
@MemorableWedding: I don't know if there is any way to "fix" this, but perhaps that is the hope of the new shipping / processing profile changes. However our experience is that the scheduled to 'ship by date' is often unrelated to the 'expects delivery by' date range a buyer sees.
Hi! I am not referring to the delivery dates in this case, I am referring to the processing date, if my processing profile shows a 4 day processing rate, my order should have a ship date of May 29, not June 2 and of course because it is coming in as the wrong ship date it also shows the estimated delivery dates as being later but my issue is the actual ship date! If my listing has a 1 day processing time, the ship date should be tomorrow, not May 27 and so on....
Etsy is messing with processing dates with their new change that was (not) announced yesterday. Your discrepancies may have to do with this new change, especially if it just started being wrong.
Is it possibly because of Monday's holiday? What do you have set up for processing on holidays and weekends?
I factored that in
Same issue here! Orders from today are saying dispatch by 4th June, when they should be dispatch by 2nd June. This only happened when they updated the processing thing. No idea how to fix it
