What is the date of your first sale? There is a hold on new shops for at least 90 days from the date of your first sale.
Check your payment account, if you scroll down to recent activities it will show if you are on a 14 day hold during these 90 days or a 7 day hold.
When you scroll down to "sale" underneath the description, it will have a date when the funds from that sale will be released (either 7 or 14 days after the date of sale)
You have to keep in mind that all cost, fees and postage are deducted instantly, if any further sales come in before those fees are due for release, then the fees, postage etc.. are instantly deducted from the next available pay out, hence reducing this next pay out.
If you also have a reserve on your account, make sure that you send everything with tracking, this makes sure that your funds when due for release go into your payment account instead of the reserve section where it can be held for a further 45 days.
Once the 90 days are up, the hold should disappear and the funds from each sale after the 90 days, will become available to you the following day
