HELP ACCOUNT HACKED URGENT

HELP my account has been hacked! the hackers have changed the bank account information. They have somehow gotten past the two-factor authentication. I've been trying to get help but etsy does not have live customer service for some reason. they could easily call the phone number they have on file (REMOVED BY ADMIN) (My business number also found on google to get in touch with me) or email me at (REMOVED BY ADMIN) also my business email the current one on file does not work because the domain is no longer active (REMOVED BY ADMIN) DEFUNCT.

They have also changed the phone number the security codes go to! PLEASE HELP!!! @etsy

My other shop (LOXLII) is also being tampered with PLEASE HELP!

@KantankaJewellery  I am very sorry this is happening to you.  Etsy should have 24/7 Security Support for this and anything having to do with financials. And it's pitiful that isn't the case.  I am so sick of seeing Sellers being Hacked (not the fact that you're reporting it; rather that it's happening to the degree that it's been, ongoing and ever increasing).
Admin HerrMoostache has popped in to help others who have had Hacked Accounts.  If you wish, you could "at" him. You are in desperate need of help.  Also, please report this to authorities; you are the victim of a cyber crime.

will do. will a local police report actually help because I was thinking I should go in to my local P.D and report fraud. 

@FabioMcMustache Please help me with my two shops. Now i'm locked out of my LoxLii account as well, I can reset my password because I have access to a separate email for that shop BUT it send a security code to a phone that's not mine. This is absolutely frustrating. And yes my KantankaJewellery shop is no longer accessible. I received some automated email replies to queries regarding that shop. I can't help but think these hacks are happening from inside etsy because how do the hackers get this protected information when two-factor security measures were being used by me???

This is crazy.  And as you said, with 2 Factor Auth., I don't know how Shops are getting hacked.

@KantankaJewellery  Did you try going to the Help Center (top of Forums tab, selling on etsy, go to bottom of page, contact Etsy) and locate Etsy that way? Mark it URGENT, SHOP HACKED.

Check your email including your SPAM folder to see if you have an email from Etsy.

thanks. will do. i hope to hear from the account specialist soon. so far i've only received what seem like automated responses. hopefully this person will be live. I enjoyed the mutually beneficial relationship with Etsy and hope we can continue to do business.
