Sorting is not working in my order shop. I am unable to manage the store. I've been reporting a problem for a few weeks now that the etsy support is completely ignoring. I send several hundred orders a month practically to every continent. And really sorting orders allowed me to provide real and correct customer service. Orders that were in transit for too long - I filed complaints to the courier company. Now? I have over 30 pages of orders with 50 results each with mixed orders. Orders that are delivered show up in transit - really! will someone finally help me?
Yeah, the issue seems widespread among sellers. Same glitch here.
Yes, it's a really big problem because I've noticed a huge drop in sales along the way.
Why would this issue cause a drop in sales, though? I'm experiencing the same crummy glitch, but no loss of sales. Just curious what you mean and how it would affect this.....
I hope they fix the sorting function soon as well. I'm wondering how it affect a drop in sales for you. Any idea?
This is absolutely disaster! I have almost no sales... I really dont know why ;( but Im worried that this is because the algorytm sees that i have a lot of orders in transit. But most 90 % of them was delivered
I find that orders that are showing "In Transit" have a positive effect on a shop. It's when it's not shipped or showing as "Pre-transit" that you should be concerned.
Yes. I chatted up Support about this and posted in another thread about it. Support told me it's "not a priority" for them. REALLY? It's super important to shops who ship many orders per week; maybe not a big deal for the hobbyists. SO frustrating. :////////////
This has been an ongoing issue since March. No response from Tech support. Unacceptable.
