HACKED CAN NOT access my Other Shop to Help Customers

Etsy, I can not access my main selling account at all the hacking issue has been fixed. Heart of Me Paperie everytime I log in it sends a code to an email I can't acces due to being hacked. I need the account reset code sent to another email I created for the shop. PLEASE HELP my customers are probably panicking.
