Lost Star Seller Status

I bought something from another Etsy user with my account and they sent me a thank you message with a future percentage off promo code and I didn't respond to it. Because I didn't respond to it I failed to meet my 24 hour response rate on that message and it dipped me under 100%. 

 

Is there anyway to have this fixed?
