Greek Post is not recognised by the system

I wanted to let you know that ELTA - the Greek national post-  is no longer supported by the ETSY shipping system. After the cyber attack to the Greek Postal Service, the tracking page has been moved from https://www.elta-courier.gr/ to https://itemsearch.elta.gr/en-GB/Query/Direct/

Right now the address you have https://www.elta-courier.gr/ only displays a link to go to the correct page (found at the bottom of the page, as soon as you enter the tracking number).

Please fix it. We cannot link the sent packages properly to be trackable and the system says there is "no tracking"

etsy uses Aftership,

Aftership and Greek post have to work it out between them.

It is still happening with Royal Mail on occasion

Why don't you log calls though "help - contact us"

at least someone at etsy will see it apart from us other sellers
