Government ID verification

Hello! I have an issue with the government ID verification. This is the second store I open with the same financial information. I had no issue with my first store, but this time i got this message "Verify your identity with a government issued ID We had trouble verifying the info you provided. Upload a copy of a government-issued personal ID to submit your details for review." The problem is, I don't have the "Legal Documents" category under the "Your documents" in Legal and tax information, so I can't upload a photo of my ID anywhere. On my first shop, I have the "legal documents" and my ID is verified. I read that I should get an email from Etsy about this issue, but I have nothing.

I'm quite confused, can someone help me? thank you!

Why do you have your shop location as Europe only?

Hi I have the same problem, did you resolve it? I dont have the category for uploading the ID???
