I got this message in my dashboard this morning and I uploaded ID and now Etsy put my shop on Vacation Mode.
How do I contact Etsy to resolve this?

However they tend to reply with a generic response and it could be several days before you get a personalised reply. By that time I would hope that your shop is off vacation again. They are probably checking all the IDs manually so maybe give it a couple of days. I know it's frustrating though, especially at this time of the year.
I don't know why Etsy doesn't ask for these things early on so that shops aren't shut down like this.
