This morning I received a message from another seller's shop that I "hearted", telling me about a sale they are having, but when I went to my account to check messages, there isn't anything there, so I can't respond. Is there a glitch somewhere? I'm a Star Seller so I hope the message doesn't come through sometime tomorrow.

Don't think that's a message - it's a notification so doesn't count as a message. Had to laugh, got a message from Etsy last week about some event and the message actually said no reply necessary - doesn't affect SS. They got us on pins and needles! LOL
Usually when I get either a message or a sale I get two "E's" on my phone. One if for the old app and one for the new app. This came through with only one E, so maybe it really was some kind of notification. I usually get email from Etsy when it's a notification from them. This was from a shop I "hearted". How did they send me that?
I think I just answered my own question. At the "direct messages" in the forums? Although I checked there and didn't see the one I got today.
