Incorrect Star Seller Stats (Again)

In my shop, Iron Ranger Soap, the information changed drastically in the past 24 hours. They have me at 91% for messages not being replied to. This is wrong. I answer ALL messages within an hour and have never missed one. Tracking is marked as 2 without tracking info, but thoise were both LOCAL PICKUP and marked as such! This star seller program is causing alot of headaches for sellers who have always had excellent service and response time. I am being penalized for their mistakes! PLEASE FIX!

@Ironrangersoap: Regarding the local pickup, if you have not yet done so you might want to read https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000338067-How-to-Offer-Local-Pickup-or-Delivery?segment=s...  And regarding the messages, have you checked the applicable CSV file to see which messages Etsy thinks you did not answer in a timely manner?

The star seller requires tracking on all items. It's not set up for local delivery. Who knows if it will change.

Etsy can't accommodate each and every eventuality that may occur.  There is a set of rules you need to follow and if you don't then you get dinged!  There most certainly will be a message that slipped through the net.  If you find it, then mark it as spam and your score will go back up.  You need to monitor this yourself as nobody on the forum can do it for you and Etsy doesn't give a rat's tail!

Local deliveries always have dinged people who strive for star seller, everything is supposed to have tracking to count. Some people send a letter with the tracking to get around it. On your messages, be sure to mark spam or the messages that come in from a purchase you made too, as bots only see something unanswered not who or what it was from.
