Gift messages are not coming up on orders on my computer but when I go into the app I can see the gift message left by the customer. Please fix this.

Are they showing on the packing slip?
It has been acting up for a while now.
I could see the gift message on the order receipt but not the part where they left their name after " -- ." I had to check the dashboard for orders with gift messages every time.
Right now, I can’t see the gift message in the order at all—only on the order receipt, but still without the sender’s name.
@NanaLetha In my case, I can only see it on the order receipt—nothing on the packing slip, unfortunately.
@DesertRainJewelry It turns out that if the buyer doesn’t mark the order as a gift, we can’t see the message. The chat agent suggested doing it manually, which worked—but not perfectly. The full message only appears on the Packing Slip, which I never use. I usually rely on the order receipt when packing multiple items, but I guess I’ll have to use the Packing Slip until they fix it.
Happened to me today and has happened in the past.
I did notice the buyer didn't "mark as gift" so your information is helpful. I do see the message on the packing slip - which I also don't use - but thank you for figuring out the workaround.
I am also able to see the message within the Seller app in these situations, but not the website.
