Gift wrapping selected but not paid for by buyer?

Hi all!

Maybe its is me, but I made gift wrapping available in my shop and a buyer selected the option, but I do not see the amount I charged for gift wrapping being charged to my buyer.. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it? Or does anyone know how to get in direct contact with Etsy support (I remember there being a chat but all I can find now is a knowledge base with faqs.. https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new) Thank you so much and happy selling!

Unfortunately, no matter the browser I try or logged in/guest, you cannot see gift options until you're on the review page of the checkout process.

A buyer should be able to see any price for gift wrapping in cart, and not after they've selected a payment method (which on that page, gives you the amount your paying, before you've even seen the full options!).

Assume etsy have screwed something up, because you can't even select gift wrapping for free.

You contact Etsy through the HELP page on your shop manager > Help > Contact us.

Are you sure the gift wrap cost isn't showing on your finance page breakdown?
Or is the cost of the gift wrap possibly added to the item cost?

You can't select $0.
The least amount you can select is $1 so unless Etsy messed up, you should have gotten paid for the gift wrap.
The most you can select is $5.

I also noticed that my Gift Wrapping Fee has not shown up as a cost to my buyers. Rather disappointing . I received an order during the night wanting their item gift wrapped. Just looked through the financial end of the order and it was not there. Etsy ofcourse took off all the fees they needed but as for what I should get paid for????? Hopefully it can be corrected soon before Christmas Gift buying season is over. Thank you Etsy for looking into this.

Are you sure you are not confusing gift wrapping option with 'Marked as gift' (which just means they don't want the price on the packing slip)??
