Can someone in customer support have a look at my incorrect tracking data. The tracking data is being sent directly from Parcelforce and it seems that some are being sent as a reference number, the integration is glitching somehow. Some items seem to be missing from the integration as well, don't all go across to the Parcelforce bulk order site. The buyer has the item, has the tracking link directly from Parcelforce and I have proof of that, but an automated glitch is stopping me from getting my star seller badge.

It's parcelforces integration, they do the coding to link with etsy's interface, and pass the information across
you need to contact them.

as you now know it is happening, you can go and change them to the correct numbers in future, until parcel force fixes the problem
You can be pretty sure Etsy will not change anything regarding Star Seller as the system is working as it should. As above, keep on top of it going forward by checking the correct tracking number is shown. I think you only get 24hrs or so after despatch to make an amendment.

An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking. And just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
