Gift wrapping not showing at checkout

Hi All,

I've had gift wrapping as an option within my shop for years. I've noticed people marking orders as a gift which Etsy offers as standard anyway, but no one picking the gift wrapping option. I only charge a small fee, and it includes tissue wrap, and an A6 card with seasonal images along with their gift message, sealed with a personalised sticker for the recipient.

I have tried going through the checkout process as a guest, along with a personal Etsy account and nowhere can I see the option to add gift wrapping. My listing even details that gift wrapping is an option and shows what is included.

Does anyone see this option in their own shop or have anyone ordering with gift wrapping?

The gift wrap request was moved to the next step in the process of buying an item.  I remember seeing it on that page and not the page it used to be on.

Hi - you're not crazy, you did nothing wrong.

I recorded a video of the checkout process on a gift wrap eligible item to prove the feature is broken. I sent it to Etsy Help and they've escalated the issue.

Really wish Etsy would be more active in the tech issues forum.
