Unable to edit listings and publish

I am currently trying to remove American shipping from all my listing. I create individual shipping profiles for my listings rather than use one generic profile.

The new listing form has never worked for me on Microsoft Edge, but I am able to list using Google Chrome. It appears I am unable to the edit though. On a  published listing I went to the delivery custom option, deleted the United States and clicked apply. But when I went to publish it with the change, the circle just kept spinning and a message came up 'you have one unsaved change'.

Any help gratefully received.

Looks like you have your own country plus "everywhere else" on the listing I looked at. You must delete "everywhere else" and then add the other countries one by one.

which listing was this? I find that strange because when I list I add the countries individually rather than use the 'everywhere else' option as there will be different shipping prices for different countries.

Just bumping this in the hope someone has had a  similar problem, otherwise I'll have  to rely on Etsy 'help'.
