Getting charged for new listings but they are not showing in shop.

Basically title says it...creating new listings. I get charged the .20 cent fee but none are showing up in my shop... I would at least like a refund on the money spent listing these items.

It sometimes takes a while to show up.

How long ago did you list them?  Your shop says you have 620 listings and 26,000+ sales, so you’re not new to this.  Did you look to see if they were on search?  I think it’s a foregone conclusion that they won’t be giving your money back.

Been over an hour, not normal, tried to make the listing again and was charged again, no listing showing. It should at least show up in the listing section on the backend of the shop

Did you check your inactive section. If a bot didn't like the listing for whatever reason it could have been deactivated right when it was listed.

This is what they did....It looks like your listings may have counterfeit items...

Its pretty say, It was a construction worker with a hard hat on. They took it down before it ever showed up. this is turning into a pretty shi**y place to sell...excuse my french.  But no reason for a generic image to get flagged as counterfeit.

@VectorDesignStudios  I had a vintage ashtray listing do that but it was back up after about a day. May take a human to look at it.

I'm seeing the monster truck then the apple tree as the most recent - listed today.

Some new listings show up right away, some the next day.

Perhaps you inadvertently used a brand name in your tags. Many common words are actually registered trademarks (e.g. kleenex). Phillips for instance is a trademark of the Phillips Screw Company. The generic term is 'crosshead'.

I am just stumped on this one...months ago I had most of my dog head images removed. They were put back but my guess was the bot thought I was selling dogs? Or heads of dogs? Idk... 

I checked and nothing is trademarked.... It's terms like construction worker and such. My only guess is I used the word logo cause the image can be used in a logo design..

They also removed a while ago and 4 images that just said mom dad brother sister...with a logo style design ...never reactive it... Doesn't bring a secure feeling to listing here anymore
