etsy Store favourites, Sales files, sales Not visible

I made 1 sale on ets, but my sale is not visible on the store page, also the option to download digital files for the customer does not appear and the people who add my store to their favorites do not appear on the store page. What should I do?

Your shop does not have any sales. If you had a real sale, it would show in your shop. 

Why do you think you sold something? If someone emailed you, it could be a scam.

Are you sure you made a sale? Your shop shows zero sales. Do you have an order showing in your shop manager orders page? Be sure to check completed orders too. Sometimes etsy cancels an order after the fact. If thats the case the canceled order should show in completed orders and say not paid or canceled or both in red.

Did someone contact you to inform you they have purchased from you? then requested you email them? then it is a scam trying to get you to complete via a link in the Email, which will result with you losing money.

All sales on Etsy will appear in your dashboard under "orders" if they are not there, then there is no sale

If you have clicked on links in the email received, run a deep scan on your computer, set up 2FA on your account if you have not already done so. 

In the case you have completed the steps of the scammer, check your bank, balance & contact your payment provider

I can see that it makes sales on my own store page, I can see that the money is coming in the finance section, but someone looking at my store from the outside cannot see it.

Also, the download link does not go to the customer, but I can see the product files on my store page and download them.
