Hello,
I tried to chat with customer service but there is nothing they can do for regarding the following issue.
According to my dashboard, I have received 7 reviews with an average rating of 4.7. However, upon reviewing my shop page, I can confirm that I have received a total of 9 reviews, and my average rating is indeed 5 stars. The last review I received was 10 days ago, so the stats should be updated. Response time and shipping is 100%, that is accurate.
I wanted to reach out and clarify this inconsistency, as it's important to ensure accurate information is displayed to both sellers and customers. Could you please investigate and rectify this issue? It seems that the data displayed on my dashboard is not reflecting the correct information from my actual reviews.
Can somebody help me with this?
Many Thanks.
Noura
Hi
Star Seller eligibility will be calculated on the 1st of every month. So it won't recalculate until next month

Hi,
Thank you! I was not aware it is evaluated on the 1st. I was onder the impression it was "real-time" updated stats.
Many thanks!
The next badge will be awarded on or about Sept 1. However, your first two reviews were from May and will not count toward the Sept badge, which is calculated on stats for June, July and August only. As things stand now, you do not qualify for the review component of SS. Only 7 of your total 9 reviews count, and you need a 4.8 average, so in order to reach that you would need 5 more 5 star rewards.
