Every time I try to go to my listing manager, a pink banner posts across the top of my page that says gateway time out, and the page won't load.

Still getting the Gateway time out tab, Can't list any items still, have tried everything I know on my end. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same issues today ... Still receive the "Gateway Timeout" message when openign the listing manager page. The Listing Manager sections show 0 items in every category. Cannot create new listing, open drafts to complete, etc. Very frustrating.
I have not discovered if this problem is affecting any other areas in the shop, such as shipping, as I have not had any recent sales to ship.
Is there any progress on solving this issue? Please advise.

This issue may have corrected itself to some degree. We are getting reports that clearing cache and/or unplugging your modem/router (for about ten minutes) is helping and we encourage people to try that again.
We are still not able to reproduce this issue, and are still collecting information. We apologize for the trouble. Using a secondary browser is a good workaround in the meantime. Thanks!

We needed that reminder!... Tried your fix and it seems to have worked! It's a good thing to remember. Often the issues that come up on Etsy can be fixed by clearing browsing history.

I was trying to list an item, and the Gateway Timeout showed up every time I tried on Google Chrome. I went to Mozilla Firefox, and it did not do this.

I emptied my cache and it worked right away! On to do some listing!

Been seeing the red banner on and off all week (using Chrome), sometimes it hinders me editing things and sometimes it doesn't. Currently I'm not able to see anything but active listings. Tried Safari, everything looked fine until I tried to save or publish a listing. It goes greyed-out and I can't proceed from there. So neither browser is working here.

For several days now, I am getting the red banner with Bad Gateway. Is Etsy being affected by the Cyber Attacks going on right now?? http://money.cnn.com/2016/10/21/technology/ddos-attack-popular-sites/
This is VERY MUCH affecting my ability to do business online.
The issue seems to be with the shipping gateway not opening. It twirls constantly in that area, not allowing me to create or edit listings.

Yes, Etsy was one of the affected websites. The issue is resolved, however, and you may just be seeing residual effects. Do try restarting your system and clear your browser cache and temp files.
