FYI - Always good to have a Plan B for shipping - lots of online postage sites that have discounts same or better than Etsy labels.  

You should have all the info you need in your transaction emails if you can't access your orders.

Pirate Ship won't connect to Etsy today..."API error, server down." Pirate Ship connects to all other venues fine.

I was wondering about that too earlier, took forever to load when publishing new listings.

If you've got the order notification emails you can get the customer address - and manually input it into Pirateship. Not as efficient but it works!

Came here to ARRRRRGH! about the same thing. One situation did get cleared up though. I couldn't list anything this weekend. Pictures refused to load. Spin, spin, spin. Restarted Etsy, computer, router. Nope. Today they are loading but my dashboard is glitchy and I'm getting lots of "Oops" messages. All I want from Etsy is a stable platform....I'll do the selling.

Am I the only one that wishes Etsy would be more specific when they are having issues?  Saying there is an "incident" does nothing to help us know if THAT'S why something has gone wrong (because things go wrong all the time for all kinds of reasons).

BTW, if you subscribe to the incidents page, you get an email when Etsy is having issues.  I find it helpful:
