GLITCH on SHIPPING PROFILES Order missing processing times in Star Seller

Item has a Shipping Profile with set processing time of 1-5 days, I have previously sold 74 of this item with no previous notifications. Item was shipped on time (based on the set processing time & the "Ship By" date Etsy provided.) The order states "Buyer expects this item by July 31.) which would indicate it had a set processing time. Yet, I was dinged on my Star Seller for not having a set processing time. I hope this glitch has not also affected my overall shop score Thanks

I had exactly the same happen to me yesterday, first time ever, only there wasn't even a 'ship by date'. I got dinged down to 99%. Contacted Etsy chat, they say it is a glitch and the engineers are working on it. I put a  post up yesterday and someone kindly gave me some info, but it dates back to 2022 as a problem...that's some working on it time! LOL

But guessing basically nothing we can do. I asked Etsy to amend my stats as this is a complete error on their part, I shipped 3 days early with tracking. I kind of like my 100% - and not even my error which makes it annoying. They said they would get back to me...not holding much hope. But now I constantly double checking the info when an order comes in.
