Trying to figure out why they’ve put my shop on vacation mode with no notice or reason. The only thing I see is a message that they’ve done this to help me catch up on orders. None of my orders are behind or overdue.
Sounds like this has happened to a few people. Can’t believe they’re disrupting people’s livelihoods with no notice what so ever. Don’t have a clue how long this will continue, and it’s not like you can call anyone. If they need info updated, how about asking!

I don't know if this will work for a phone call, but it's worth a try.
Do you have a verified ID listed in the tax information area? Is all tax information present? Are names matching onbank account and tax?
Some have been receiving requests for ID if not present. ID requirement I believe is now a Federal requirement.
I’ll check that. It’s sad that we have to guess what the issue is.
