Forced vacation mode / Business Verification Document

Hello!

Reaching out to hopefully get some assistance, shortly after opening our store on Etsy it was put into a forced vacation mode due to a business verification document (Taxpayer ID) which is pending verification.

This issue has been ongoing since the end of November with no resolution, we provided the necessary documentation and still have not gotten a response. It is an incredibly frustrating situation!!

My support requests have not been responded to in over a month, with another attempt made a week ago. We are still awaiting payment from our sale.

Any advice on how to get this issue resolved / get a response from the support team?
